I know he absolutely dominated against Buffalo, but that seemed more about them selling out to stop the pass than CEH just creating on his own. So was it really such a smart idea to take a RB in the first when he doesn't appear to be fully utilized in this system?

You just made your own argument.

When the Bills sold out to stop the pass, CEH came through.

We're going to see more of it down the stretch and having weapons in the backfield makes sure we don't get trapped being one-dimensional.

I think he will be used more in the next 7 games. Teams are going to continue trying to find ways to beat the Chiefs. I'm sure the Buffalo method will be tried again...be patient.

Yep.

Not one of the major storylines - but CEH balled out tonight. I think he got at least 2-3 more yards after contact than say Darryl Williams would have. He just seems to always finds a way to flip forwards grind out a few more yards. That's huge.

Taking a RB like CEH with the 32nd overall pick.

A swift breeze takes Williams down...

As great as CEH played, Bell needs to be in there instead of Williams. JFC. Bell needs more carries.

I agree. Problem is that I doubt Bell has even a third of the playbook digested. But Williams probably has just about the entire thing committed to muscle memory. I figure that's why Williams was in during that last drive to win it. Williams knows the whole playbook, CEH and Bell do not.

I'd imagine knowing the playbook helps RBs in pass protection, which Williams is already decent at
