Honestly, Alex is a competent QB, he's just very limited and has acquired these delusional fanboys who think he's an elite player. That's the problem. The guy completes 7 passes against a terrible team and you have his fanboys acting like he had a Manning type game.

No "mediocre" QB has had the type of success that Smith has had. What is weird and delusional is the amount and level of desire to hate on one player. Regardless of what he does, good or bad, the haters try to tear him down. There are people following him on to message boards of teams they don't even like just to tear him down. You know your life must really suck if you try that hard to make someone else look bad.

I just don't think this performance is something to get excited about. Jax was favored and I had the Chiefs winning by a large margin. What I'm seeing today is not shocking.

Still, I understand even with Cassel, you guys were still stinking against bad teams so today's performance is something to be happy about.
