Not sure that it'll hold. Crude is up because of the war in Israel/Gaza.

4 point instant jump when it opened Sunday.

Diesel in central Kansas is nearly 5/gal. I think that's a precursor for what's about to happen in the coming days/weeks.

That's great news with harvest in full swing!

Heating oil will probably go up a little anyway with winter looming.

The gas price in Branson West is usually the cheapest around, so I made sure I filled up two vehicles today at $3.12 per gallon. We were going to Springfield and it is usually at least a dime per gallon higher. When we got there it was $2.94 at every station. :banghead:

displacedinMN 10-10-2023 04:16 PM

3.49

ChiefsFan63 10-10-2023 04:18 PM

$2.82 Sam's Wichita.

Enid Borden 10-10-2023 04:41 PM

Cheapest in Denver is $3.20 for 85. What is this shit?

ChiliConCarnage 10-11-2023 07:10 AM

Paid 3.40s this morning.

phisherman 10-11-2023 08:10 AM

3.19 at Costco in Indep this morning.

Why are we still neurotically bitching about gas prices after 16 years where the level isn't at $4 a gallon, and has only fluctuated above that mark a handful of times since the first post in this thread in 2007?

Even at the writing of this article in April 2022 they say Missouri is the cheapest in the nation with California being the most expensive. Different wars, different Presidents, different Congresses, a once in a century pandemic... doesn't make a difference in the end. The only thing we should be complaining about after 16 years are our children.

$4.67 in the Phoenix area. We always get screwed with the $1/gallon in Maricopa county gas tax they implemented years ago. Pretty crazy to think how expensive gas is in a city this large without much public transportation. People in Phoenix drive A LOT.
