no that's private. some time after the sale the owner's name shows up in public record

Wow. That is all a house costs in Leawood? I would have thought an upscale area like that would be more expensive. I guess I'm just used to the prices here where the median price is $650K for a tiny house with no yard in a regular neighborhood.
