No, they did not. Not if they wanted to retain even a shred of legitimacy.

LJ essentially cut himself.

"The right 53" also could include a homophobic, broke dick RB? LMAO. Yeah. Ok.

They had no choice. Trey Hillman even agrees.

He essentially cut himself last season too.....

JFC, give them credit for cutting LJ.

I would have given them the credit you're seeking IF Pioli had cut LJ anytime before the end of training camp.

But since he didn't, EPIC FAIL.

Then why wasn't Pioli's first order of business to cut LJ?

He's a personnel genius, right?

Reconcile his actions with the regime's claims of assembling "the right 53." It's really not too tough.

Explain how they could have kept him on the team after his Twitter escapades and still kept the legitimacy of "the right 53."

How are they going keep Bowe and the "legitimacy of 'the right 53'?"

I never said it was a good thing to keep him, did I?

Same way they kept him before. $40 mil invested tends to make owners timid on cutting people.

It's a valid question. But if you believe that Bowe's transgression was due to diet pills, I'd say that's just a tiny bit more excusable than homophobic slurs and shredding the n00b HC, wouldn't you?

The two aren't comparable, in reality.

So "the right 53" would have been an explicit farce, correct?

I'm not talking about YOU, I'm talking about both Pioli and Haley.

They're in charge, are they not?

If Pioli's such a GURU, why didn't he make the first order of business to cut LJ?

It wasn't a $40 million dollar investment.

It was a $19 million dollar investment, which was pretty much off the books by the start of this season.

So again, why didn't they cut him? He was a cancer, right? How could he possibly be part of the "Right 53"?

its amazing how people return here everyday to just find ways to complain.....if you have all the answers then you....wait....what do you do for a living?

His (Bowe's) transgression was HGH masking agents.

You have to be willingly dumb to look the other way.

The Chiefs will come up with some rationalization - or just not talk about it.

They could have done the same with LJ if they wanted to.

Allegedly his attitude was not a problem during camp. WTF do you want me to tell you?

Were the reports and speculation not centered around Bowe's efforts to shed weight? No?
