Actually, the more I think about it, it may have been some of that horrible K-Tel crap.

I'm impressed by (and envious of) those that struck gold on their first outting. So many people I know (myself included) regret their first album purchase.

LMAO being the youngest and listened to music raely my older siblings were always trying to enlighten me. Your Beatles comment reminded me of a time when I was very young (maybe 7 or 8) I came inside and my sister was listening to KLEO AM and they were having a poll for who was better, the Monkeys or the Beatles. I told her the Monkeys were better...she did not talk to me for a couple days. Yes that was before FM. A sad side note about my home town the Monkeys won LMAO
