I'm not dissing the guy, because he did turn that program from a joke to a contender in the MAC. But, his one good season he did have a horseshoe up his behind... including one game they literally won on a Hail Mary. If not for that, they finish 6-6 and he doesn't even get to the MAC title game. And I'm sure he'd still been an up and coming coach... but I'm not sure his profile would've been quite as high. Amazing how that works. I think you guys could've done worse though.
