Especially when Kelly Gregg is so bad that they're double-teaming TYSON JACKSON.

There was one play where I saw them double BOTH ends and block Gregg with the RB...

So much fail...can't bear it...

When you're the highest paid GM in football you can build a champion without a QB on offense or a NT on defense. Duh.

I understand your point. And TyJax may very well end up a usable DE for us. But Dorsey, it's increasingly obvious, is a square peg we are trying to fit in a round hole. I don't accept the 4th or 5th round trade worth for him. I think he'll be more valuable than that to a 4-3 team.

However, I don't doubt for a second that both of you have seen him in games where he played sloppy and overthrew receivers... there wouldn't be any reason to make that up. It makes me wish I had the time and access to watch every one of the games played by these potential franchise QB's so I could form more of an accurate opinion.

For some reason, I keep thinking there is a sleeper pick in there that may succeed moreso than these other prospects.

I don't know what it is about Landry Jones that reminds me of Cassel... his mechanics, his release, I don't know... but I got a sick feeling in my gut when I first watched the guy play because my first thought was, Cassel. Haha, how sad is that? Mere flashes of Cassel in another player can give Chief fans a sick feeling in their guts. To Landry's defense though, I didn't see him pull the infamous Cassel-crappage when he was under pressure.

This is what scares me the most. Pioli deciding he knows better than everyone else and going in a completely unexpected direction (TJ anyone?) and we wind up with someone who can't beat out Cassel.

So, it occured to me... You could do some awesome things, schematically speaking, with Coples as a 3-4 DE.

Oh...it's there.

My god I'm tired of shit trash at qb in KC. I'd almost be onboard with trading Bowe, all draft picks, whatever I had to to the Colts to get Luck.

I'm all against trading Bowe to move up for guys like Barkley, and Griffin. But I'd have no problem trading Bowe if it meant we could have Luck.

That's what I mean. Clay hates Pioli/Haley/Cassel so much he'd like us to burn everything and start all over on a new 30 year plan AGAIN.

Dumping Haley and Cassel isn't starting over.

We will need to start over if Pioli blows the final two years of his contract, though.

Hard facts of life in the NFL.
