You compare Alex career to Cassel but it doesnt even come close to the same path. Only stat wise do they look similar. Cassel was groomed and brought along, played when an injury happened. Alex was thrown into the fire just after he turned 20 on the worst team that has taken the field in 50 years. You know the rest of the story. Cassel has never dealt with what Smith has.
