I think the perception is that you CONSTANTLY point out the bad things, especially about players you've written off before they even play a game. If you were a little more balanced, your "hater" persona would fade quickly.

By the way Jaguars coach Gus Bradley knows Alex Smith pretty well considering he has been the Seahawks Defensive Coordinator the last 4 years.

learning a new system. Its a learning process. They will be fine. Just need some time to adjust.

He had a whole series of GIF'D UP that focused on what a beast Jeff Allen was.

Then he had him as a complete goat by November.

Personally, I think there is one week out of the year to go full homer. It's week one. In week one, you have a Hall of Fame coach, a super bowl QB, and a roster of 53 guys who would be the best player on any other team.

After that, we can discuss reality.

Not this week.
