Well in that case you've got to add Buffalo and Arizona.

They've clearly made some bad decisions but at least they're attempting to fix the QB position.

Some teams suck, it is what it is but some teams suck because they refuse to actually rebuild the smart way

Denver tried to bandaid it for a few years, same with the giants

Just blow it up, get you a young qb and go from there
