Had about 7 inches in the Hutchinson area. Snowpacked single-lane at 30 mph. In 50 miles, had to stop for at least a dozen vehicles for slide-offs and jackknifed semis.

So it local weather station is predicting significant snowfall here on Saturday. Yet every app and website I have looked at says rain ending in light snow with little accumulation. Can't wait to see which source is right.

I noticed the same thing. Somebody posted one on Facebook calling for quite a bit of snow, but I don't see anything but rain until close to midnight.

The last time it snowed in Los Angeles was in January 1962. Most of the city snow melted quickly, but it still counts as an #LASnow day
