Alrighty, get what you can out of him this season and cut him loose. I don't want to ever hear in Training Camp again, "I feel the best I've ever felt, I'm so much stronger and Coach Reid has me in a great spot to stay healthy this year!" or whatever bullshit line he has to say about his health.
