He's a good scout, but makes for a shitty General Manager. He can identify some talent, but can't manage things well at all.

Had no idea how to put in a long term plan, no concept of what a strong team exactly entailed of or what particular players were actually worth.

He mostly excelled at just plugging in whatever the top of the board looked like: when the Chiefs had first crack at all the cuts in 2013 and siphoned a bunch of the NFC West cuts. Again in Cleveland where he had a pool of picks and picked early every round.

He can't actually manage a vision or paint the big picture of what a long term winner should consist of. He's just putting names in places without much thought how it'll all come together.

It’s his ego and Andy saw that as a major flaw. I believe that’s what make Ballard better in the long run.

Chris Ballard appears to be an outstanding manager of people. He’s very forthcoming and respectful to all of his people. I was really impressed by him and noticed that watching the Colts offseason series.

I read that too and could NOT believe it. Wow, Snyder is truly the worst.

Jerry Jones runs neck and neck with Snyder just more arrogant and power happy.

Browns deserve another 20 years of misery and pain if their answer to fixing the head coach problem is Brian ****ing Daboll.

I mean, if you're just DYING to roll with a Patriot way ****tard as your coach, at least go with the guy with some experience in McDaniels

KC Hawks 12-30-2019 09:08 PM

Maybe Bill Muir will come out of retirement to coach the Browns.

Did they watch the Vikings-Packers game when Stefanski’s offense had eight freaking first downs for the entire game?

Embarrassingly close to the past.

If daboll is being interviewed good chance the Haslems are hijacking the interview process. Would not be surprised if they hire one of these idiots then make wholesale changes to the front office. Which will be the her wnsiest thing ever.

Ravens OC Greg Roman and DC Don Martindale are both rumored to be big names for coaching searches.

This could be the Ravens best shot for a few years if both of these guys leave.
