So more penalty stats. It's amazing and totally just a huge coincidence that Tom's first 3 SBs seemed to be called more fairly than his last 7.

First 3 SBs

Tom's teams

Penalty Yards - 138
Pen yds/game - 46
First downs from Penalties - 5
1st from pen/game - 1.67

Opponents

Penalty Yards - 147
Pen yds/game - 49
First downs from Penalties - 7
1st from pen/game - 2.33

Last 7 SB games

Tom's teams

Penalty Yards - 186
Pen yds/game - 26.5
First downs from Penalties - 21
1st from pen/game - 3

Opponents

Penalty Yards - 415
Pen yds/game - 59
First downs from Penalties - 8
1st from pen/game - 1.1

So interesting and coincidental that before Tom and the Pat's became a big household name these games seemed to be called extremely fair over 3 games the Tom's were only +9 in penalty yard differential and - 2 in first down from penalty differential.

Tom and the Pat's become the NFLs golden goose and the TomPats went from having 3 less penalty yards a game and nearly the same amount of 1st downs from penalties in their first 3 SBs to having 33 yds/game less than their opponents and nearly 3x as many first downs from penalties in their last 7 SBs.

The NFL is horse shit and they 100% helped him win several SBs. There is absolutely no way a person can say that these games are being called fairly.

Listening to the radio yesterday, and I'm not sure if this was pointed out, but 5 times this year the Chiefs have been called for 10 or more penalties, 3 of those games were by the crew the did this SB...

And even in this case, I seriously doubt whatever the **** we watched Sunday night was not how the NFL wanted it to play out, because I don't remember anything close to this when it comes to the volume of calls that were just completely false, and why would they start being so blatant about it now. It's a bad look for the NFL and they could do far less to steer the game in whatever direction.

The thought process in these threads makes sense though... the NFL obviously works with refs all the time, they tell them what to look for, etc.... and in theory, they would actually have to build in an effort NOT to steer games a certain way, because they could obviously accidentally do it if it's "watch these few players" and then the refs are dumbasses and don't call it both ways.

I don't think there's any "finally" about it for those reasons.... we all have our own thresholds and analysis when it comes to this kind of stuff and what's incompetence versus conspiracy and so forth and it's never, ever been this bad.

Look at my most recent post and you can see just how blatant the bias is. Tom has had 48 more combined penalty yards in 7 SBs, then he did in 3. The first downs from Penalties is the most alarming thing. Constant bailouts from the officials when no one else is getting that same treatment. In 11 games that the TomPats weren't involved in and 22 other teams were there was only 29 total first downs from penalties and TomPats had 21 in 7 games

So

7 teams = 21 firsts
22 teams = 29 firsts

That's alot of help for Tom.

Absolutely. If they came back and made it a game, the refs would have stepped up their efforts. Once they made it blatantly obvious what they were doing in the second quarter, I turned the game off. It just sucks that this has literally been the worst year ever for the world and the one day that people can take their minds off of all the bs for a few hours, the refs decide to make it about them and ruin the whole damn game for everyone.

I believe he has the most penalties of any crew in the league. It is not just us-but I have seen other games with him. It is a flag fest

That's why they can talk GOAT all they want about Brady; years from now when it's all said and done and they're asking players who they thought was the very best they'll mention Brady but then they'll say...but Mahomes...he did things I'd never seen before...and it will be followed by a 3 hour highlight reel.

And don't forget: the Patriots were cheating in those first three Super Bowls. They had the other teams' signals and walkthroughs on tape. So even without the ref help, those rings weren't legit either.

Brady is the most manufactured star in sports history and people are sick of it, which is why the ratings for the Super Bowl tanked this year.

It can't be overstated how pathetic our offensive line was on Sunday.

Nick Allegretti, What the everliving **** were you doing on that play where we had Tyreek open for the deep touchdown?

Jesus Christ I want to punch a hole in my monitor watching that shit.

Why Not? 02-09-2021 10:42 PM

Honestly not sure I've ever seen anything like it. Almost any QB in history is sacked 10x in that game.
