I don't think the first one was a penalty, but the second was CLEARLY targeting.

That's kind of the ridiculousness of the rule though... the first could have been letter-of-the-law penalty because there was helmet contact, yet the defender didn't go out of his way to do it. The 2nd wasn't helmet to helmet, yet he was clearly targeting. :shrug:
