Here's the bowling pic that got taken down. Some posters are saying that bowling event was actually 2 days ago.

Rashee does seem to like his racing shirts. He should probably practice on a real track though.

That's the thing. To have the money to not only buy these cars but regularly take them to a track would be amazing.

Lawyers plural needed. Al Cowlings needs to convince him to give up.

DavidB 03-31-2024 06:57 PM

I think the whole incident looks different when all the victims of the crash are out of the hospital and safely home. That seems to be step #1. I hope the Chiefs can get Mr. Rice some help - because the conduct is lacking in judgement. Call me prude if you want, but some of the excess drinking by the Chiefs at parades - nothing good can come from this. I appreciate how great a player he is - and I would hate to see his talents wasted from this incident. He is a great player and wish him the best.

I am hoping that he wasn't even there - that someone stole his car.

Me neither. I’ll do stuff like ride roller coasters or I’d even consider skydiving, but racing in a super car within city limits on a highway during rush hour just has too much stupid written over it for me to want to do it.

Like, apparently Rice and his friends impacted a car with a 4-year old in it. Imagine if the car had flipped, as it easily could have at those speeds, and killed the kid.

I lived in Kansas City when Derrick Thomas played for the Chiefs. Quite a few times he blew by me on I - 70 and I was doing 70+ and he blew by me easily - license plate something like "ISACQBS". In Chicago, Walter Payton often was clocked way over 100 MPH... and pulled over. I am selfish as a Chiefs fan - #4 - we need you - let's not mess it up this way.

Not an unreasonable deduction when they’re just leaving $300K worth of cars.

Think about how stupid this is — they knew the cops would trace it back to the owner. Either Rice isn’t there or they got out of there before they had to blow into a breathalyzer. The whole thing is just weird.

Rice was definitely there. If he wasn't, either he, the team or his agent would've said so a long time ago.

Do not talk to the police without a lawyer ever.

Let’s wait for the facts to come out. Some of you are quick to judge believing he fled the scene of the accident, but I’m sure with proper legal counsel, we will get the truth that he left to seek immediate medical attention. The delay in meeting with the police was out of his control until he cleared concussion protocol. Nothing more to see…

Having lived in Texas, I can kind of understand why a group of black men do not want to wait around for the cops. Even in the video there were a lot of false assumptions such as the cars being stolen. Whether or not what the woman said about guns is true or not, I don't know, but if police show up and they have been told that there is an armed group of black men who stole cars, it probably isn't going to end well for those black men.

They're 20-something children. At that point in their lives they're pretty much run by their first instincts, and fleeing in that situation is probably the strongest feeling they had.

Are you still defending? It's the intent, dude! And that posse only thought of themselves and could care less if anyone died or not. What don't you get?

JFC I miss Dane!

DALLAS, Nov. 28 (UPI) -- Former Dallas Cowboys receiver Michael Irvin says the crack cocaine pipe found in his car wasn't his, but belonged to a friend he's trying to help rehabilitate.

Irvin was stopped for speeding Friday afternoon in Plano, Texas, and arrested on an outstanding warrant for speeding in Irving. A search of Irvin's vehicle uncovered the drug paraphernalia, police said.

"It's a situation that is not as it seemed," Irvin said. "I have to clean up my friends because they are around my boys. It's upsetting."

Irvin paid a fine on the speeding ticket and posted bond on the drug paraphernalia possession charge, a Class C misdemeanor that is punishable by a fine of up to $500, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram said.
