I think the whole incident looks different when all the victims of the crash are out of the hospital and safely home. That seems to be step #1. I hope the Chiefs can get Mr. Rice some help - because the conduct is lacking in judgement. Call me prude if you want, but some of the excess drinking by the Chiefs at parades - nothing good can come from this. Having lived in Texas, I can kind of understand why a group of black men do not want to wait around for the cops. Even in the video there were a lot of false assumptions such as the cars being stolen. Whether or not what the woman said about guns is true or not, I don't know, but if police show up and they have been told that there is an armed group of black men who stole cars, it probably isn't going to end well for those black men.
