Gotta make some gains in the next two weeks before I take six weeks off and shrivel up. :deevee:

My training regimen has been to work on my golf game, do some Joey D golf exercises( I throw in a couple sets of tris, bis and flys with the workout bands and do a few abs) followed by some treadmill. I'm trying real hard not to over train because I don't want to start something I can't maintain as a lifestyle and it screws up my golf. Of course I've changed my diet with the biggest thing being no cokes which I love and no McDonalds sausage & hash browns. Those two things alone are huge. I kept telling my wife that stuff is bad but she kept bringing it and I kept eating it. No more. I'm still taking in to many calories from alcohol though:shrug:

Now I need to do it again over the next three weeks and I'll be 20lbs down.

It's been a month since I began my healthier lifestyle. The first 10 pounds were easy but I hit the wall sooner then I thought I would. After one month I believe I've lost 11 real pounds. My clothes are telling me I'm on track. They're getting too damn big. Joey D Golf+treadmill+hitting some balls and playing golf=winning. I need to add in a bike ride or two and then swim some laps in the pool when it warms up though. In the end I guess my goal is to be a lean golfing machine. No need for mean though.

Carb cycling is fun, but you have to maitain discipline with your fats and types of carbs, or you'll **** yourself over.

Didn't quite get to where I wanted to be with the abs, but I think a few more months of hard and smart work would do it if i wanted to. Not sure where I want to go from here though. I guess I was in denial how shitty I was looking back then until I saw the picture. First pic taken January 5th and last pic taken today.

Your poker face could use a little work.

I'll have to do some research. I'm figuring oats and brown rice are recommended as usual?

Basically anything but large amounts of fructose and fats. Lots of grains, rice, bread, pretzels, etc.

I think some diets give you more leeway with the fats, but it's risky, IMO.

I suppose I did. I'm not positive, because I didn't feel any injury - when it (apparently) happened.

I'm going to have to get my foundation stronger before I fool w/ those things again.

I'm really bummed right now over this.
