Makes me miss Wranglers games. Friend got an Alex Gordon signature and didn’t even ask, Gordo offered.

It probably would happen, except covid.

Aaaaah. That makes sense. I worried the minors had completely changed that part of the experience for a moment.

That was the best pitched game of the year last nite by a Royal.

Not a chance. Best bet is to ask for a bat after it breaks.

It is a road game, so I'd think the chance would be higher. We've gotten plenty of autographs from NWA players here in the past.

Michael A Taylor OPS getting down below .630. Which is to be expected.

This was just a bad signing. Dude has been a terrible hitter for years. I wish they'd give Olivares a shot instead.

Thanks for the memories Wade. DFA him now please.

Moore is obsessed with athletes there are plenty of 5 star athletes that never figured out how to hit.

Mondesi is a career .251 hitter with an OPS of .699. That's not much better than Michael Taylor, so I wouldn't count on him to be a difference maker. And he's been known to go oh for a month, so....to say he's streaky is an understatement. In a week Dozier will be back to continue his pursuit of oh for fifty...

Thanks for the memories, Wade.

He was rushed to the majors way too early. He's still only 25, and he's been much better the last three years. Come on, George. You're letting your emotions get in the way of rational thought today.

The back of the baseball card don't lie. Everybody thinks he's going to be some phenom, but he's been all flash and no substance. Can't stay healthy, prone to weeks long slumps, allows his hitting slumps to affect his defense. So, unless he gets it together soon, I'd be for trading him to the NL and find somebody else as shortstop of the future. Berroa was rookie of the year as a shortstop here, and look how he turned out.

I'm glad a lot of you guys can remain optimistic. We might finish ahead of Detroit. Maybe ahead of the Twinkies. But I think this team is going to be hard pressed to win over 70 games. They just don't have the chemistry to do it.

gblowfish 05-16-2021 04:01 PM

Mondesi hit his homer against a double AA pitcher. Wouldn't get too overly excited about that. No AA pitchers on the Chisox or Cleveland.

I'm glad the Royals weren't getting your expert analysis when Mike Moustakas and Alex Gordon were 25. Never would've won that World Series for which you waited so long.
