I'm really bummed right now over this.

As I said in the past, I would not do kettlebells of any weight (and to me there's no point in doing them if you aren't going fairly heavy) without instruction from a certified kettlebell instructor (preferably RKC or Strongfirst certified). I don't consider the trainer down at the gym who decided to work kettlebells into their regimens because they're trendy to be qualified, either. I've seen trainers at my gym instructing people to use kettlebells in ways that I would find laughable if they weren't so dangerous.

Jerking 300 hogs is impressive, but I don't remember hearing about the health benefits for that activity in any Muscle and Fitness magazine. Ever.

So, my cheat meal unexpectedly turned into a cheat evening last night. Paying for it with a hangover today. It's so beautiful outside, though. I can't just sit in my apartment all day. I'm going to tough it out and head to the gym. Just may skip the cardio today...lol.

Didn't quite get to where I wanted to be with the abs, but I think a few more months of hard and smart work would do it if i wanted to. Not sure where I want to go from here though. I am a little more fatigued at times being in Ketosis so I'm thinking of giving carb cycling a try as I sure as hell don't want to go back to the before picture either. I guess I was in denial how shitty I was looking back then until I saw the picture. First pic taken January 5th and last pic taken today.

Your face is sort of pale. You need veggies son

Gained 3 pounds this week. Weird, but not unexpected from time to time.

I continue to work hard and eat well. We'll keep an eye on it.

Question about the Keto diet. I'm looking at Keto menu plans, and I see things like this:
6oz steak fried in butter or grilled
1 oz whole cheese
1 oz broccoli or other low carb vegetable
water

Then similar type meals for lunch, etc. I get the science behind it, but in reality, isn't this diet just an "everything in moderation" diet minus the carbs? I mean, people generally eat a steak bigger than that, and more veggies than that. This seems more like a portion control diet without carbs. Is that pretty much what it is?
