Yeah I can hear all the excuses from bills fans now...

A player had a tragic incident, I get it. It was upsetting and disturbing. But we don't just start erasing shit because a player was hurt.

Well obviously they should have played the game this week, but that isn't an option now because the NFL decided to allow a single team to dictate their entire AFC postseason schedule. This alternative is the best one left.

Oh man. I shouldn’t have looked.

If the Chiefs beat the Raiders, they’ll be 14-3. Since when is anything “gifted” to a 14-3 team? That’s such a damn good record.

"Nobody cares about the game right now" was the theme of the incident in regards to the outcome of the game. They made their bed, both teams mutually agreed to not continue. This is what they get.

I'm not arguing that, I am just saying the NFL is a bunch of bullshit anymore. Now if the Chiefs beat the Raiders, which they should, and get the #1, all we are going to hear is how the league wanted the Chiefs and bla bla bla. Plus, **** Buffalo, if I am Cinci I am ****ing pissed. They were winning and had a legit path to the #1 seed.

I wonder if the Bengals should’ve repeatedly said “we respect the Bills’ decision to not play, but we’re ready whenever they are.”

Could’ve either forced the game to happen or forced a Bills forfeit.

Sure fire two seed anyhow.

But did they agree not to continue knowing the game would not ever be resumed? I think the assumption by the vast majority was if the game was suspended it would be resumed in the next couple of days.

Read about that awhile back. I also heard on the tour that some guy and his grandson almost got sucked into an industrial fan. They didn't die, though, and they just kept the tour going. When they complained, the head of the factory just said "Good Day, Sir" and didn't even give the kid any chocolate.

If the teams (especially the Bills) were pounding the table to play the game Thursday, then I’m sure it would’ve happened.

No way the League would pass on that money maker.

The same morons are probably in favor of giving a win to Buffalo & Cincy. Or that silly “random” drawing with a 81% chance of stealing a win from KC.

Lots of “the Chiefs are backing into the 1 seed”.

Uhhh…Chiefs were the 1 seed as of kickoff. The Bills were losing on the road to a top 3 AFC team. You’d have to think practically any projection would have the Bills losing that game based on how it started.

You know the Bills wanted to not continue as they were losing. I have a hunch their willingness to call the game had more to do with that than we would like to think. If they cancel the game then the Bills end up with the #2 at worst and if we lose to the Raiders then they still get the #1. It's Cinci that is getting ****ed out of the deal.

I have a feeling though that the AFCCG will be Buffalo and Cinci now. I would almost lay $'s on it, in fact.

If the Chiefs get the 1 seed and the Bengals win the North, that’s impossible.

Chiefs would draw the lowest remaining seed in the Divisional Round, which couldn’t be the 2 or 3.
