Any other questions why you trade Chris?
You build your team with youth fellas. The Lions showed that last night. Hell we showed that all last year with last years draft class as well as last night from them and FAU/Rice. And enough of the excuses about low draft picks. Sam La Porta and Brian Branch were 2nd rd picks. That didn't seem to matter. Load the team up with youth |
I was hoping we’d work something out with CJ, but after that shit he pulled last night I’m perfectly ok with never seeing him in a Chiefs jersey again.

The impact of Chris Jones' holdout/contract impasse was most felt on offense since the Chiefs lacked the salary cap flexibility to add Hopkins or another veteran free agent WR this offseason without his contract extension.

No matter how good 15 is it's going to be hard to score points with that clown car WR group he's dragging around out there

I’m fine with letting Jones go or even trading him but let’s not act like we need to look to the Lions as a positive example of anything. |

Seeing CJ watch the team lose last night might have done irreparable damage. I'll obviously pull for him if he's a Chief, but
I think I'll be glad when he's gone. That just really sucked. |
The defense held a middle of the road offense to 14 points. Not a terrible performance, but you can definitely see that Nnadi and Wharton aren't a viable solution.

Imagine CM Punk showing up in the crowd at next week's AEW show.
That's how I felt seeing Jones sitting there. Very strange. |
The visual of CJ sitting between his 2 agents is funny as hell. His $1000 rainbow Louis t-shirt made it even more funny.
You're out of touch, CJ. |
They held a strong run game to 3.5 per rush. The run D was surprisingly good after the first couple series. The Dline couldn't get pressure. Spags did a nice job with mixing blitz looks to pressure Goff on key third downs.

He should have worn the Axel Foley Lions jacket.

That myopic bundle of sticks probably thinks KC would've won if he played.
