He has Kareemesque top end speed and that worked out well, on the field.

CEH probably covered the first 10 yards faster. |

Clyde is solid and will be a good back for us but he's not a home run hitter and that's fine. Not many rb's are 80 yard threat guys. He has really good vision and makes tough cuts to get extras yards and can catch.

I distinctly remember Kareem being run down on a few plays. But he was bigger and very hard to bring down.

In this offense, the Chiefs need CEH to be a more efficient short yardage runner near the end zone and on third and short yardage situations than anything else.
The new offensive line should help with that as well. |

Side note i see Kareem was clocked at 20.84 mph on a broadcast. Maybe soon we can compare. |
*picturing CEH running a screen pass with OBJ, Thuney, and Humphrey out lead blocking for him*

Tbf, a lot of Hunt’s breakaway TD’s happened as a receiver. The biggest surprise of the season for me on offense was that Mahomes and CEH never seemed to develop the chemistry that Patrick and Damien did, and we really felt that in the SB.
I’d bet that if that chemistry develops, we’d see CEH have breakaway potential just like Kareem. |
