Is Florida for real with this defense? LMAO

KC_Connection 11-18-2023 10:15 PM

There's a second left after the coach's winning interview? LMAO imagine if Florida somehow actually won after this.

24.5 O/U for this CornBowl is truly the grossest thing I've ever seen. I should probably be driving to KS right now to throw a grand on the under right now, but my god what a putrid number.

Can't wait to watch!

If you sign up for Bovada under my link you can do that right now...and I will give you free money! No need to drive to Kansas!

I had to bet the over on principle but I fully expect a 6-3 game.

I honestly would bet the under. My guess is 15-6.

Not only do people in Iowa and Nebraska have to watch this game...but everyone else in the country does too because its on CBS with no other football on really. I feel bad for us all.

Lowest over/under ever for college football per this article

https://www.si.com/college/2023/11/2...ursday%20night.

Iowa and Nebraska are set to do battle Friday in what is anticipated to be an extremely low-scoring affair. In fact, the Hawkeyes-Cornhuskers clash has the lowest projected betting point total in college football history, with sportsbooks setting the over/under for the score at 25.5 points, per Brett McMurphy of the Action Network.

That number was as low as 24.5 on SI Sportsbook on Thursday night.

No game in college football history has been projected to have a lower points total, with the matchup between Iowa and Nebraska breaking the previous record, which of course, also included the Hawkeyes.

The previous record low points total was 27.5 points, for a game that took place less than two weeks ago between Iowa and Rutgers. Under bettors were victorious in that one, as the Hawkeyes shut out the Scarlet Knights, 22-0.

Including the upcoming game on Friday, Iowa has been involved all four of the lowest projected betting point totals in college football history, each of which has come during the 2023 season. In the previous three games, the under has cashed in all of them.

This season, Iowa is averaging 18.5 points per game. The Hawkeyes are surrendering 12.4 points per game, having given up just 136 points across their first 11 games.

Kirk Ferentz’s squad might not light up the scoreboard, but that hasn’t kept them from picking up wins, with the Hawkeyes sitting at 9–2 overall and 6–2 in Big Ten play heading into Friday’s tilt.

Iowa wins 24-0 sounds about right after reading that article-
