At 52 years of age fitness seems to be constant soreness. It takes me to long to recover. Any advice on supplements to ease such suffering?

I've heard a lot of adds about testosterone but I figured I didn't need that but if it aids in recovery and soreness then I might want to rethink that.

Sore is good. Pain is bad. Work a different part of your body than you did the day before so you can give the part you worked the day before the time to heal.

I started at age 30 and it was a great choice. You should at least get your T levels tested by a doctor.

I feel sorry for your wife.

2 weeks away from the gym and I'm pretty sure that the AC was out this evening. I'm a wet mess.

I'm not really doing that much but damn. My left hammy seems to be a mess and then I'm not sure if it's the bottom of my glutes or the top of my hammies but there's a soreness that I've never felt before. I'm not doing much upper body because I'm working on my golf game but even if it was just hitting a couple of buckets of balls it still seems to take me two days of recovery for my work to show up. I need a recipe for a faster recovery. Still yet at 52 I have the feeling that this is just going to be life from here on out.
