Apparently that song, and the Killers in general, have blown up in the UK?

I know the sing. Mr. Brightside at the start of the 4th quarter at Michigan Stadium. That was the first place I saw it. Not sure the connection other than it would be a fun song to sing in a crowd.

They (Bills fans) also do the 7 Nation Army chant during kickoffs, just like the Ravens.

Man, Buffalo’s wide receivers really haven’t done much over the last month and a half.

It’s been pretty much all running backs and tight ends.

pugsnotdrugs19 01-25-2025 10:24 PM

We’re gonna have to leave no doubt. Out execute them in so many ways.

Those calls last week were the correct ones, dirty plays toward Mahomes. But we won’t get those calls tomorrow.

Fortunately, I think we are set up to always be a step or two ahead of what they’re capable of.

pugsnotdrugs19 01-25-2025 10:26 PM

You can tell that Buffalo feels more urgency this year than prior seasons. Making it this far for first time since ‘20, I think there’s a fairly decent chance they come out tight.

Chiefs would be wise to pounce early with aggression.

I don't want them to gain another yard.

I know Buffalo was missing a couple guys last time, but I’m just not seeing it with their offensive weapons.

The yardage they’ve produced recently reflects that feeling. The best games from their WRs since the Rams game have all been like 60 yards and maybe a TD. Just very average production from guys who are just fine.

Add Watson and Omenihu to the defense from the first match up and I don’t see the Bills having a big offensive game.

For all the talk of Josh Allen going “superhuman”, he’s got 7 games under 200 yards passing this year.

We are not running into the 2018-2019 Chiefs. Or anything remotely close to it.

No one besides Chiefs fans are going to see the pathway, but there’s a very real possibility that they just won’t be able to keep up with our offense. Feels like on this particular Sunday, we are set up to be better in every phase of the game.

Like last year’s playoff game when we scored 4 points per drive. I think it could be that type of night.

They've been really good at running between the tackles. If Bolton, Tranquill and Chenal bring their A game and force the run game to the outside it could be a real game changer.

Who's under more pressure? Mahomes or Allen? Let's ask Nick.

For all the talk about the OLs…

Last game:

Chiefs - 17 carries for 78 yards (4.6 yards per)
Bills - 31 carries for 104 (3.4 yards per), which was 30 for 78 before Allen’s TD run at the end.

As for pass protection, is it safe to assume that the Bills pass rush will be a little less successful and the Chiefs pass rush will be a little more successful than last time? Add better coverage with Watson and a better rush with Omenihu.

Guys this is so surreal. I remember it seems like yesterday there was a Ravens fan in here arguing with us the night before the AFCCG. And I was sure we’d win.

Not as sure about this one but I can’t believe it’s already been a year.

I think the refs just flat out let the players play in this one. Stay out of the game and only call the blatant and obvious penalties. The fewer the calls the better. The NFL does NOT want the refs to be the story at the conclusion of this game. And quite frankly, that favors the Chiefs.

If McDuffie, Watson, and Williams can play physical, it’s curtains for the Bills.

If Jawaan Taylor just gets the same treatment as most OTs, nightly night Buffalo.

Pepe Silvia 01-25-2025 11:23 PM

TMZ asked Dante Hall if he was tired of the Chiefs winning? wtf? lol
