Isn’t that what put Rodgers out for the season a few years ago?

Browns committed 18 penalties for 182 yards. Should've been 20 but two were declined. 10 penalties in the first half. Starting left tackle was ejected for kicking another player in the face. Six penalties for unsportsmanlike conduct, 15 yarders.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that today's loss wasn't Baker's fault.

He had 3 INT's. His very first pass of the game was deflected twice and should have been INT. He took a sack fumble inside the 5 yard line and was extremely fortunate the Browns OL recovered it. Also got sacked for a safety as well. He sucked today. So did his teammates.

Your franchise is an embarrassment.

You should be ashamed to root for such a shit stain team.

Sports bar was full of browns jerseys today. Got real quiet. Browns fans can look extra depressed, especially the women who are attached to browns dudes.. Crown their asses!

I'm not saying he played well. Or even acceptably. I'm just saying the Browns getting crushed probably wasn't entirely his fault. 182 in penalties, 6 of which were 15 yard unsportsmanlike conducts, is a sign of undisciplined behavior by his teammates, and just can't be overcome no matter how well any QB plays.

Baker is the leader of the team. Their culture is built around his schtick. Maybe he has something do with the undisciplined nature of his teammates. That is his leadership style. The "bad boy ZFG" approach.

I really cannot see how the Chiefs don't go 16-0 this year, if of course we stay healthy for most of the season. This looks to be the most potent offensive team in the history of the NFL and it wouldn't shock me if we ended up avaraging 40 points a game. I also see us win every game by double digits.

Defense and injuries are the variables.

Oh.

So was Mahomes' undisciplined behavior to blame for the Chiefs being the most penalized team in the league last year?

What about the year before that? Can we blame Alex Smith for all those penalties in 2017?

It's the first game with a new defensive system, staff, and a bunch of new players. Clearly some communication issues.

Nothing to get too worked up about yet.

Yep, I was worked up during the game, but looking back, there were some improvements on D.

I think the tackling was much better at times, and two of the scores by Jax were after the game was pretty much decided.
