Flacco played a good game today. But let's not sugarcoat his performance in the late part of the game. He played so-so late in the game. Had a lot of unbelievably good breaks late in the game.

Flacco completed a pass to the TE for a first down, they stall and punt, but the first at least got them into good position to punt. They pin the Donx inside the 10. Donx drive to the 30, Manning throws a pick, Ray Rice runs it a few times, then field goal to win...

To be fair, the abysmal playcalling set him up to fail. Everyone on the planet knew they would always run on first down and they kept doing it anyway.

Harbaugh has always been conservative even before Caldwell. Harbaugh may not be calling the actual plays, but it's silly to think he wasn't influencing run vs. pass. Especially on that last sequence where they ran the ball 3 times to set up a field goal.
