7 of those games came last year and a good chunk of the rest, I believe 6, were games where he was a healthy scratch.

I’m not saying that he hasn’t had injury issues, but there’s context missing with that stat.

How so?

“Historically” was probably the wrong word.

“Haglunds Deformity Infested AIDS Tree” is probably more accurate.

^ The offense was dominating today. Mahomes is going to destroy teams if he gets that clean of a pocket all year.

that’s true but the Hardman deep pass Thornhill could have easily picked it off but let up and let the pass go through. I don’t think the defense is much to beat in training camp.

Scott Pioli needs to stop complimenting the Chiefs. He said they had the best team before they improved this offseason.

I'm never going to stop hating you, Scott. Go away.

Today was a “light day”. They don’t normally practice like that.

Completely random place to put this but Whataburger is being built around 135th and Antioch in Overland Park. Thanks Mahomes!

Whataburger is ****ing fantastic.

The chicken honey butter biscuit is one of the tastiest things I’ve ever eaten.

There's one going up on 40 highway also...by blue springs.

I'd keep both Fortson and Gray and dump the FB. Bell's a better blocker than Keizer so he stays. Design a couple H-back carries. I do admit I'm a fan of the wham block from a TE/H-back in motion.

I have 0 point nada problems with 5-7 more rushes per game this year. As someone pointed out earlier 2nd and 3 or 4 is better than 2nd and 8. While it's fun to watch PMII produce game winning drives out of nothing once in a while, I'd much rather be up by 10-14 in the 4th and pound some other team into the ground. Bonus points if that team has some goofy pirate on their helmet.

He has the same role he had last year.

Spags clearly loves Dirty Dan who plays close to 100% of the snaps along with Mathieu.

Thornhill will probably play 70% like he did towards the end of the year.

Thornhill just came back from injury...i don't think it has anything to do with dan.

I heard yesterday( Mitch Holthus) that Bell was the #1 rated Blocking TE last year playing for Dallas
