After several years as one of the coaching cycle's hottest head coach candidates, Bieniemy didn't seriously appear to be in the running for any of this winter's openings. Coach Andy Reid said in late 2021 that Bieniemy was calling plays, though there still seems to be some hair splitting going on there. Whatever the workload mix is between Reid and Bieniemy, it has been working splendidly for years now.
