Losses to DII teams should count double. But seriously, wins over non D1 teams don't count in the selection process.

It's partially why KSU is so far off the bubble. Technically they are only 20-11 with the win over Kansas School for the Blind not counting. Had they been 21-11, I think they're much closer to the bubble.
