Not at all.

I think most people would have expected the "Executive of the Decade" to bring someone in that is an upgrade before cutting someone loose.

Mac caught a lot of shit on this board, but he's a ****ing All-Pro compared to Ndukwe.

No he's not. And Ndukwe isn't our worst offensive lineman. Albert has been getting absolutely abused every single game, and add to that the multiple penalties that he's been drawing every game, it's not pretty. In fact, I'd say that the right side of the line held up substantially better than the left side of the line today.

I want my out of control coach to be out of control. Fire his ass.

If I say yo man Mac sucks out there at RT if you turned to me and said..how about I trade for this guard from Miami that's gonna get cut and we play him at RT? Cause that's what we did..

I'd look at you and go, are you high?

They HAVE to put him out there next week.

IMO, Wade Smith should be starting at center or right guard, Ndudwe should be at right guard if anywhere (just like 15 games last season for the Dolphins).

If O'Callaghan can't beat out Ndukwe at right tackle, this front office should be scouring every practice squad and league for a competent tackle.

This is getting re-goddamn-dickulous.

Yep.

Ndukwe played for the Dolphins last year and started for them in their playoff game.

He is just a stop gap.

I think people should be more worried about our supposedly stud LT who is probably playing worse than anyone. I notice people are pretty quiet about him though.

Sorry, but Stevie ****ing Wonder could see that Mac was better than what Ndukwe has offered.

Not really even close.

Some of you should offer to give Haley and Pioli some of your expertise on picking players...or lend them your crystal ball, either one.

There are some tangential connections in this post.

Think of all the posters on this site whom you consider knowledgeable about football: are these people bitching about Albert?

Yes, we needed to cut Sackintosh...AND replace him with someone better, not worse.

And, based on what we've seen thus far, Pioli could profit from a little advice....

Ndukwe played GUARD not tackle, it is not remotely the same. Trading for a guard and making him a tackle is an asinine thing to do.

And as I said, they obviously see that Duke is either better or has more room for improvment. Anyway, when are you sending them your resume?

Is this the out that we can always resort to?

Dude, I don't want to see you ever bitch about another official in another thread again. Have you been contacted to umpire or officiate? When are you sending your application to the private training schools?

I doubt there is any panioc unlike with you.

Are they pissed guys aren't performing? Hell yes, but I guarantee you there is no panic at 1 Arrowhead Drive. Disappointment? Yes.
People that panic are the people that don't believe in the process. If you believe in what your doing is right, you are not panicking.

Pioli and Haley both stated at the kick off luncheon they didn't know when we were going to win but they would tun it around and make a winner out of the franchise.

Have you ever manged people or a process? I know you haven't. I have 168 employees that work for me and some of them regardless of the direction you give them make the dumbest mistakes you ever saw. You would think you could just can them and get somebody better but the fact is there is competition for good experienced employees (or players) and just because you want them and it would work out for both parties doesn't mean you can just go get all the people you want.

Building a football team and building a company with a bunch of employees isn't that much different. You can't turn either around in a short period of time.

They also thought Goff was an upgrade, so forgive me if I'm not rushing to praise their talent evaluations.

See, we should've drafted a LT and moved Albert to RT. I was right all along. :)

I'm just kidding.
