Albert has been getting absolutely abused every single game, and add to that the multiple penalties that he's been drawing every game, it's not pretty. In fact, I'd say that the right side of the line held up substantially better than the left side of the line today.

IMO, Wade Smith should be starting at center or right guard, Ndudwe should be at right guard if anywhere (just like 15 games last season for the Dolphins).

If O'Callaghan can't beat out Ndukwe at right tackle, this front office should be scouring every practice squad and league for a competent tackle.

Have you ever manged people or a process? I know you haven't. I have 168 employees that work for me and some of them regardless of the direction you give them make the dumbest mistakes you ever saw. You would think you could just can them and get somebody better but the fact is there is competition for good experienced employees (or players) and just because you want them and it would work out for both parties doesn't mean you can just go get all the people you want.

Building a football team and building a company with a bunch of employees isn't that much different. You can't turn either around in a short period of time.
