Lets see the schedule is easier, the NFL has this thing where you know sometimes bad teams do win games.

You wanna know what's disconcerting? The Chiefs have played 3 games with San Diego and Denver and got absolutely ass raped in all 3...getting thoroughly beat down by your division is something you want I'm sure.

Todd Haley has been a brutal coach, but hey maybe he'll just wake up one day and not be a moron like some suggest.

I think Haley will look a lot better once he is surrounded with a full offensive staff and a couple more weapons.

I know the thread has turned into another mecca/deez hissy fit over Haley....

But I just wanted to point out that Jimmy Claussen sucks balls. He is Chris Simms 2.0

Cassel >>>>>> Claussen

You do realize that the schedule is weaker, right?

And, let's throw out the ubiquitous, horse ****ing shit luck.

Last year:

137-118-1

Winning percentage of .5156

This year, to date:

117-108

Winning percentage of .52

Unless I made a mistake with the numbers, this season's opponent winning percentage is higher than last to this point.

Ok, I'm going to need you to explain something to me...

Pioli sucks and has been "epic fail"
Haley sucks and Herm was better
Cassel sucks and is just Thigpen getting paid more
Only 2 players have been better than those they replaced and some replacements are worse
The team's schedule was harder this year than last

How did the team manage to win more games AND have all of the above be true?

Sweet Dick say, "sunshine/dog's ass".

You made a mistake with the numbers - the bolded part. 137 wins divided by games played - 256.

KC opponents have a combined record of 125-115 for a winning percentage of .520

Last year, opponents had a combined record of 137-118-1 for a .535 winning percentage.

Wait... your explanation for a worse team winning more games is "sometimes bad teams do win games"? That's what you're bringing to the table?

Pretty sad how low the franchise is... We cant even have meaningfull debates anymore...

Seems like everyone is arguing over who sucks the penis more...

You're absolutely right. What's worse is that I used a calculator. I must have input a wrong number after adding.

Interesting.... while I think the schedule's been harder this season, the record doesn't reflect that.

Yes, you made a mistake:

.535 > .520

Sorry, didn't mean to kick that horse.

I didn't look at the previous responses.

Ehhh... my screw up was certainly deserving of 2 smackdowns. I've got to do better. I've got to study more film, practice more with the computer calculator, show up earlier, whatever it takes.

Touchdown Bowe 01-01-2010 06:07 PM

If we expect to get to the superbowl with Matt Cassel we better get a lights out defense

Who cares if ND fans think Clausen isnt that great..he's only a junior who had little talent round him at ND plus he was playing with an injured toe

Pioli and Haley haven't even had a whole year here yet and they are worse than Carl Peterson and Herm Edwards?

This shit is so beyond stupid it's hard to explain..........
