If I had a 16 year old daughter and a 30 year old male did that to her I would probably land in jail easily.

You're fortunate. When I was at Truman, not one teacher was even in the same solar system as this teacher that's in trouble.

That should not matter when it comes to the punishment, its the same crime. The Female predators should face the same consequences as males.
