i mean **** it. just pay the 8 million for Smith and we got our marquee FA and hope he works out for us going forward

draft the best pass rushing DL in the first round and go to war this season with those big dik Broncos and try to ruin their "all in" approach and play spoiler with the young guns

i absolutely hate him. But i have faith in this coaching staff. So I will cheer for him to not only be signed here but do well, after a year of Stanford Routt and other turnstiles at the position, a player with potential is always something to cheer for as a fan, even if you have to overpay.

I know he's going to get beat like a drum by Decker, Thomas, Alexander, whoever, I'm just hoping he will get better while doing it.

But it really pisses me off because Carr was better and now it might cost Carr $$$ to get Smith. ****ING PIOLI.

because Alex Smith is 400 years old, injury prone and has a noddle for an arm

Sean Smith is young, big, fast, can press, can maybe give press and size reps to that idiot Baldwin in practice (rather than hearing about Jon Baldwin jumping over Jalil Brown in shorts making a one handed catch, because anyone can do that on him) and I trust Emmitt Thomas and Al Harris, two very good players, coach and up and coming coach to give Smith the learning curve he needs to round out his skill set.

Sean Smith has the god given physical abilities. Alex Smith does not. Alex Smith has the IQ on a glassjaw body and a weak arm

I could honestly care LESS if we over pay him or not. I'm not the one dealing the checkbook, plus Reid said we are done with Free Agency..
