I see one problem with that strategy.

I wish this game was tonight. I'm rested and ready for some hatin'. Fresh fingertips.

According to USA Today Sports, the Shanahans' have little desire to protect RGIII. At least minimize risks and teach him how to slide.

It is not going to be easy watching him being hit after he suffered a gruesome knee injury in the playoffs.

Quote:

Despite concerns that Robert Griffin III might reinjure his knee and potentially tear his anterior cruciate ligament for the third time in five years, Washington Redskins offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan said Wednesday he has no plans to change the offense.

"I kind of enjoy the zone read because the quarterback is not taking it unless there's no one to hit him," Shanahan told news reporters after the Redskins' minicamp practice at Redskins Park. "If there is someone to hit him, you're usually handing it off. The zone read is something I feel, in the long run, helps the quarterback."

 Awesome- this should be a pretty good measuring stick for us. Would love to see us dominate these cocky bitches!!

I hope Smith doesn't get hit. The thought of Chase running this show is just beyond horrid.

Nope. But I enjoyed the hell out of the 10 wins. Shit, even our losses were better. At least I cared about them.

Gotta fool people by beating the hell out of SF's 2nd team.

You've taken Chief's pessimism to a whole new level.

I don't know who pissed in your Cheerios this off-season, but they did as well as they possibly could have in terms of free agent signings, GM and coaching staff hires, etc.

And yet you continue to absolutely go balls out to try and denigrate this team after they did a complete 180 and made every attempt to wash the shit stains of Pioli and Crennel and Daboll away.

I mean, seriously, wtf?

I've got this kid at work who's name is Clayton. I'm going to have this poor little ****er do every shit ass job I can find for him just because you have been such a ****ing malcontent even after this team did everything possible to try and rectify the worst four year period in the teams history. I'm going to abuse the **** out of that poor schmuck because he's now you.

Yes, as if the 49ers coaches don't know that all you have to do is take away Alex's short field and he is doomed. The Giants did that. Seattle did that. It isn't rocket science. Take away Alex's slants and outs and 4 yarders, make him throw 10+ yards, and you've beat him.

The 49ers do have a rookie safety, so we'll see if Andy lets Alex attack him.

Dave Lane 08-15-2013 07:37 PM

I hope they kill him.
