I have DTV.

Other options are Century Link and Cox. I've heard horror stories from both.

Why Not? 05-18-2014 09:40 PM

I live in North Phoenix. It's nice. One weird thing in Phoenix is you can have it go from high end expensive neighborhoods to nearly ghetto from one street light to the next.

Question, I just received a job offer in Casa Grande, about 30 miles south of phoenix how is that area? Would it be a terrible drive down there from gilbert/chandler area? Would Casa Grande be a good place to live?

Casa Grande? Does that translate to 'big house'? Are you going to tell people that you're headed to the big house?

I'll be there next week

Right on. 108 is the highest forecasted next week (Thursday).

Too early to tell yet, but we are in full blown monsoon season. Had flair ups over the last couple of days. Humidity at 48% tonight so we are locked and loaded again.

Make sure you check out the Ahwatukee area. Closer to Casa Grande, if you are still considering that. Chander, Gilbert, Mesa are just mundane.

TambaBerry 07-14-2014 06:13 PM

I can deal with 108

It feels like shit here and not the usual feeling of 105, which when dry, feels plenty ok. But Monsoon season only lasts a few months.

Are you actually moving or just visiting when you come?

No offense to you Lewdog regarding Mesa. Just too flat for my tastes.
