Hard to argue. If we go out today against the Raiders and lay an egg after coming off the bye and after the ass kicking we took in Pittsburgh, I could see the Chiefs spiral downward quickly. This is a huge game for us considering it's only week 5 of our schedule.

Important for us too... I don't expect this team to go 15-1 and the losses will have to come somewhere to get to 6 losses which I predicted earlier.. **** it less face it... Stats or records never matter in these games, we will probably split like most years.. The game for the Raiders will depend on our D, they are getting better but not fast enough... If they can get you off the field a few times I am sure our Offense can put up the points to win.

Big ifs

You guys remind me of the Vermeil Chiefs - offense just good enough to overcome a really crappy defense. It will get you some wins and maybe even a playoff birth, but it comes to an end there when you meet quality teams on both sides of the ball in the tournament. Fun ride along the way, though.

I'm not sure what this year's Chiefs team reminds me of, at least not yet.

I think we should win today but I will not be surprised if we lost either... Andy has had 2 weeks to prepare this is true but JDR has also watched that Steelers tape many times to prep on how to beat the Chiefs too. So it's kinda a double edge sword for both
