So basically game time decision?
Or day to day? Or he’s making great progress? |
Let him sit one more week, we should be fine without him. I trust he'll be back by next week, unlike that bitch Berry.

Mitch Morse - gotta move away from him. A Center with concussion issues is a problem.

The Chiefs are trolling everyone saying Berry is doubtful. Tyreek was a full go today though which is good news

JUSTIN HOUSTON IS A DEFINITE MAYBE FOR SUNDAY

Unless Houston is an absolute, full go, I'd continue to hold him out. We don't need him aggravating his hamstring. Next two weeks aren't exactly gimme games, but if the offense takes care of business there is absolutely no reason why we shouldn't win easily.
Rest him up for the Rams. |
You know that Houston would love to be able to play in this game. Cleveland has given up a league most 33 sacks this season. That's an average of more than 4 per game. Compare that to the Chiefs, who have given up only 10 sacks.

I think CP peoples are wishing/hoping/dreaming that the return of Houston (and Berry, IF he ever returns) hold great things in store for our defense. Well, after watching Houston lumber around out there earlier this season, I just don't see him as a savior. Is he better than Speaks? Yeah, probably, but I do like Speaks' desire and hustle....plus, he is an advancing player, not a regressing one like Houston.
I just don't see Houston having much speed anymore. He looks more like a DE to me.....and a relatively slow one at that. Then, add in the fact that he manages to be hurt a lot, and...well, I'd rather take my lumps with Speaks. I'm done with Houston, his massive salary and meager production. Bottom line: This defense isn't going to see a massive improvement with Houston and/or Berry back in there. Yeah, I said it. Flame away.... |

Not faulting the guy or anything, just agreeing that he seems to have a recurring issue that is worse than most. |
