Actually Narcan works even when they aren’t breathing if given soon enough but you still missed my point and question. Who is going to administer the Narcan? Certainly not the one who is enjoying the high

Hope that they can find out about what happened to those three men. As the reports say and though not confirmed, may had to do with narcotics. But you have to feel for their families. Their lives have forever changed.

You don’t know if you were there that if you gave them the Narcan that they would survive. Who knows what the heck was in their system if they took drugs they might be too powerful for anybod. And just because you give them Narcan doesn’t mean they’re going to live through it.
