Wow, thank God Metheny completely ruined every good bullpen pitcher we had. We'd have a decent bullpen if he didn't decide to throw their arms out for absolutely no reason.

Last night was a weird game. Marlins scored pretty much all of their runs with 2 outs. I don't think it was a bullpen game ruined by ex Matheny guys. It was Mayers coming back to the mean after his almost no hitter.

Reminded me of watching 94 Ventura. When Yo was topping out at that velo in the first inning, we knew we were in for a rough night. Funnily enough when he sprinted out that bunt against the World Series his velo dropped to 93-94 and he got shelled right after.

Now I miss Yordano again. The dude was just electric to watch out there.
