Ummmmmm, hardly small. That's a 1.75" ribeye that the butcher cut for me. It's a LOT of steak - that's why half (perhaps 1/3rd!!) is in the fridge waiting to be a salad topper! It'd take quite a man to eat the whole thing, and one that might need some time to sleep after...

Thank you. When I'm in NY, that's how I order it... Not sure where you are in NY, but if you are in the City, or make it into the city, there's a restaurant named Keens at 36th and AotA that's my personal favorite when in NY. I don't make it too often, but when I do, it's like a pilgrimage for me to make it to Keens...
