I mean, wow. |
Ryan O'Hearn went 2-4 with a HR tonight. He's now hitting .302 with a .911 OPS for your playoff bound Baltimore Orioles.

He has only 49 total AB's this season. If anything, Baltimore knows that less is always more with O'Hearn. The Royals seemed to already try to give him extensive starting time (in RF, no less) after a pinch hit HR and then get rewarded with some atrocious AB's for a week.
I'll be really surprised if he keeps this up with a month of 4+ AB's. But hey, I'm sure he's motivated to make Royals shitposters like me eat shit on this. |

The problem the Royals have is they have way to many bottom of the roster types, so of course when they are given bigger roles they get exposed and you can't win that way. |

New top 100 prospects...Gavin Cross falls out which gives the Royals exactly 0 top 100 prospects. |

He’s been bad-bad this year, though he did have shot spurt last week. Nick Loftin was pretty awesome in May. I think he’s going to be a solid big-league player. |

The Reds are 28-33 after literally trading away anything and everything that had any value roughly 2 years ago... They're young guys in a "lets see what we got year" are producing, what is the difference, are they just better at development? |
Lyles gives up another homer which isn't a shocker. 3 runs given up after having 2 outs. That stings.
