Too bad Orton threw an INT in the endzone, the special teams gave up a long return on the opening kick-off, allowed two blocked field goals...pissed that game away just like we always do to the Raiders in KC... |
Now that I'm home from the game... There's $200 I'll never get back...
Meh!! The bad news, the Chiefs are on TV again tomorrow (NFL Network for those of you who get it!) so the NFL can make sure we have yet another dagger put into our hearts for Christmas! Not to worry for ownership, Clark will be in Fiji counting his under-the-cap loot by then!! Plus, he'd just blame his father for that loss!! We are Chiefs nation!!! |
Damn, I didn't even think about the game being on today. Was doing Christmas stuff with my Goddaughter.
Seems like I lucked out. |

2. It's Christmas Eve. 3. Blow me. |
My thoughts from watching the game on NFL Red Zone.
1. This is why Orton isn't a viable QBOTF. Same as Cassel. 2. Special teams has gone to crap. 3. Should have gone for two. Go for the win - you don't want to play a tight game with Janikowski. 4. KC can use an upgrade at FS. 5. You give up whatever you need to draft RGIII. |

The loss to me is pinned on safety play. Our safeties gave up two enormous plays. Granted, we're on about our fourth string by now, but the TD and the overtime pass were both flat out on the safeties - Langford and Lewis. |
