ISU is overhelping too much against a team that passes as well as KU IMO. Just need to make our open shots against this type of defense.

Otzelberger went to zone twice on out-of-timeout plays for KU and it ****ed with Self both times.

Not concerned by what I saw in the first half, but we really should be up by closer to 10 than 1.

Well, a lot of that is Clemence just bricking two in a row who shouldn't have ever been on the floor in this game.

Put Dick and McCullar back in, move the ball against their overhelp defense, and make the open shots that generates and we should be fine.

It feels like there's no one on the roster that you can count on to make FTs.

Not sure why this is an issue every year.

Dick is 82% and Wilson/McCullar are fine (mid 70s) but yeah this is far from their best FT shooting team. Other than that horribly refereed foulfest against OU though, this team hasn't shot that many of them.

I just noticed we have no offensive rebounds either. Gonna need to crash the boards better in the second half.

I always thought it was weird how Agbaji was a mid 40 percent 3 point shooter, but struggled on free throws.

Frank Mason was the free throw shooter that I always had the most confidence in of any Bill Self Jayhawk. He had such a soft touch that he could rim in shots that other guys would miss. He was money.
