Right this is not dynasty football, but the premise is similar ... you're drafting the core of your team now and only drafting rookies (and I'm assuming FA veterans) in later years.

There is scoring involved, so the best way to set your team up is to build it with as many proven young players at each position. Sprinkle in some vets with a few years left and key young guys on the bench.

So, from that aspect... yes, I think this is very much like fantasy football.
