ChiefsPlanet - Chiefs Earl Thomas a longshot to be a Chief

The twitter account that reported they were working on a contract last night says that Seattle wants a 1st (2019) and 3rd (2020) and that the Chiefs want the price to come down.

Makes sense cause that’s essentially what Terez has been saying too.

Then we aren't working on a contract yet imo.

I would imagine compensation would be agreed upon before they let us talk money with him.

But I could be way wrong

You're going to hear first that the Chiefs and Seahawks have come to an agreement on the perimeters of a trade and then you'll hear that the Chiefs are in discussions with Thomas and his agent on an extension.
