As did I. An easy foul call at any level of basketball.

I guess what's most frustrating about this loss is limiting Budinger and still losing by 17.

Indeed. We lost tonight because Arizona was better.

Wouldn't have been the ass kicking it was without the foul disparity.

My team got their ass kicked tonight. I know better.

I'm just saying, blaming it on the refs is weak.

I know KCMizz....

It was just frustration on our parts, we had 11 of 13 possessions down were fouls, a couple were WTF fouls... There was one on Taylor where he was a clear 2 foot from the guy, no contact and the whistle blew...

So yes it is weak, but it is annoying regardless if it is happening to you or your opponent...

They let them play in the first half...

I think the worst part is the 26 point swing in the second half. For ****s sake KU had a nine point lead in the second half.

Yep that is going to happen, we just dont have the talent... Reed and Morningstar cannot, CANNOT be counted on to play meaningful minutes night in and out...

A Bill Self team gave up 49 points in one half. What the hell happened?

There was actually a reason for the foul disparity. Arizona played with a lot more energy tonight.

Understood.

Still, you guys know even if you did happen to suck this season... (What's "suck" for you, 3rd or 4th in the Big XII?)

It's a bit amusing when you're a fan of a rival team who's just hoping to become a bit of a threat again.

That should be pretty obvious to anybody by now.

different kind of comeback though. The championship comeback was great but the UCLA comeback was friggin legendary. heh

It will be reviewed and broken down.. Self will not stand for this kind of effort. But changes need to be made to the lineup, for the first time in the tenure of Coach Self, he really hasnt changed the lineup as much as before.. There seems to be less experimenting as usual....

Really you couldn't see the BS fouls called on Taylor on the breakaway layup; or the BS foul called on Collins right after that on the drive to the basket?

Don't give me the shit about playing with energy being the reason you get the calls. It is lazy officiating and presuming a foul and not SEEING a foul. Too many refs blow the friggin whistle before a play even happens anticipating contact; perfect example was the Taylor foul.
