SNR of Chiefs Planet reports that Washington and Miami are the only two teams who are likely to probably sign Manning maybe. Unless it's some other team. Which it could be. Findings are preliminary and sources unnamed. Also, there's a little bit of speculation involved. But for the most part, it's Washington or Miami.

But it could also be the NYJ. I know it may not make sense at all, but they're the only NY team w/o a Manning, so lets just go with it.
