This will be a great addition as far as Dorsey's on field evaluations. IDK him as a man, but it appears he's a college scouting nut. He needs to be the anti-Pioli

They probably agreed for Dorsey to be the GM but they won't make an announcement till the Packers are out of the playoffs or win it all.

I know, I know.

The concept of a head coach and the GM working to ID the needs of the team and going out and finding the best players to fill said need instead of the GM forcing a metric ton of crap down the head coach's throat is a foreign concept in KC.
